Bought a "Brand New" 4Runner...when I got it home, and under the garage lights, it looked like it had gone thru a "brush" car wash...scratches and swirls all over. I did some research and, after talking with "Edwin", I decided to bring it to Sigma Kore for polish, front end PPF, and 10 year Ceramic coating. When I brought the car in, I met the tech that would be doing the polishing...forgive me, but I can't recall his name. I told him my concerns about the status of the paint, and, he told me he would be able to get it all out with a single stage polish...no paint correction needed. 3 days later, at the end of a major storm, I received a text from "Logan", saying that even though they were closed due to the storm, he would pick me up to take me to get my car. I couldn't believe how amazing the truck looked. The paint looked absolutely perfect, and the PPF that Edwin applied, was also done to perfection. I am SUPER OCD and I will honestly say that Sigma Kore, far exceeded my expectations. Clean facility, super competent and friendly staff, all at a great price. Thank You, Sigma Kore.

I found the outside Ceramic work performed and interior protection work performed on my already immaculate luxury vehicle — to best protect it from the elements and also to take the already impressive look to the next level and beyond — was done very carefully and very well. 5 Star Reviews are FALSE. They give false confidence in using this shop. At first Edwin and Logan (both allegedly to be owners of Sigma Kore Myrtle Beach) were both professional and confident. That all changed during service. I setup my appointment with Logan prior to picking up a brand new Tesla Model 3. I picked up my car from Tesla on December 22, 2023 and I dropped my car off with them on December 27, 2023. They claimed to do a snow foam and clay decontamination which is a required service for the ceramic coating. ($400 charge) They did not do this service, only sprayed with a bottle and wiped dry.
The Window Tinting Service is where is went ALL wrong. They had to Tint and remove the Tint after the service couldn’t be completed correctly. (I haven’t even seen the car at this point) Edwin called me to tell me that he didn’t have the confidence in his technician to complete the Tint properly and advised me to go to another company that he recommended. He didn’t want to put out bad service.
When I went there to pickup my car, Edwin showed me the damage that happened to both sides of my brand new vehicle. He said he was going to fix it (still not fixed) I looked in the backseat and there was dried mud all over the seats. The Tint that was completed is not straight, its creased, and still has bubbles. They chipped the rear glass on the car too. After Edwin stated he was going to take care of everything, I started to leave, as I drove away into the sun, I noticed scratches on my windshield from the removal of the tint they couldn’t complete. I brought it back so he could verify. He said he would take care of it. Edwin tried to have me go to one of his friends to get an aftermarket windshield. I wanted my brand new car back. I setup an appointment to have the windshield replaced with an OEM windshield through Safelite, Edwin met me down there and refused to pay for the camera recalibration REQUIRED by Safelite and Tesla leaving me with a $750 bill through Safelite. Edwin made a scene in Safelite stating it was a “money grab” from Safelite and only paid for the glass.
I paid for a full car 10yr ceramic coating and Paint Protection Film for the front bumper. The film is already peeling up, still has bubbles, and the ceramic coating calls for 2 layers of 5yr 9H ceramic. I’m confident they only did one layer. Keep in mind to have the 10yr warranty on the ceramic coating, they also require you to pay them $100/yr for maintenance.
What I thought was protection my car by taking it to them, they damaged it and are trying to repair their mistakes with aftermarket parts on a brand new car.
Edwin handed me back my car without and quality control or check of the work completed. They had my car for 3 days and claimed he was short staffed. That’s why he didn’t check the car before giving it back.
I was going to bring 3 other cars to them but I wouldn’t trust this place cleaning my lawnmower.
